"The world is increasingly aware, mature and connected. Lies and aggressions, expressed in writing or by way of actions, do not intimidate us; on the contrary, they make us stronger", highlights the document.
"In 50 years of Revolution, you have demonstrated that the struggle for the construction of a better world is increasingly stronger and common to all men of all nationalities", reads.
The text, adding that "any attempt at destabilization will have, as a response, the same determination, ethics, bravery and tenderness with which Cuba always knew how to turn setbacks into victories."
From Managua, the Nicaraguan capital, representatives from left-wing political organizations from Middle America and the Caribbean condemned the media campaign against Cuba and reaffirmed their unconditional support for the people, the Communist Party and the government of the Caribbean island, the Prensa Latina news agency reports.
Several declarations were approved as a result of debates, one of which condemns "the fierce aggression" launched mainly by the United States and the European Union against Cuba, for being "the paradigm of struggles against social injustices and for progressive causes."
Meanwhile, a moving mass rally in support of the Caribbean island and against the anti-Cuban media campaign orchestrated by the United States and Europe was carried out by Solidarity-with-Cuba organizations on Sunday, in Montevideo, Uruguay.
The meeting was sponsored by the Uruguayan Committee for the release of the five Cuban patriots unfairly incarcerated in the United States and by the National Commission of Social Organizations of Uruguay (CONOSUR).
